Refund policy

All products sold by Sound Dealer Samples are digital downloads. Because they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Subscriptions (Golden Room Membership)

You can cancel at any time and cancelling stops all future payments. We do not refund a billing period once that month's drop has been delivered. See our Cancellations policy for how to cancel.

If something is wrong, we fix it

The "no refunds" rule covers change of mind, not problems on our end. If your download link does not work, a file is corrupted, or you were charged twice, email us at sounddealersamples@gmail.com and we will resolve it — by resending the files or, if we cannot, by refunding you.

Customers in the European Union

By completing your purchase and accessing the download, you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for that content, as provided under EU consumer law.
