Cancellation policy

Sound Dealer Samples sells digital products only. How cancellation works depends on what you bought.

Subscriptions (Golden Room Membership)

You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

To cancel, open your account and manage your subscription there, or email us at sounddealersamples@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you.

Cancelling stops all future payments. It takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, so you keep access to that month's drop. We do not refund a billing period once that month's drop has been delivered.

Everything you have already downloaded stays yours. The files do not expire and the royalty-free license remains valid for life, whether or not you are still a member.

One-time purchases (sample packs, drum kits, bundles)

These are digital downloads delivered immediately. Once payment is complete and the download link has been issued, the order has been delivered in full and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Customers in the European Union

By completing your purchase and accessing the download, you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for that content, as provided under EU consumer law.
